  To find a yoga studio which balances the physical and the spiritual is not an easy task, but at Earth and Sky Yoga they do just that. Very experienced teachers guide you through focussed alignment principles whilst never losing sight of the joy of life and a thoughtful approach to the world beyond. A friendly and beautiful space with a lovely community feel, not to mention a very convenient location and classes everyday of the week. Highly recommended!

  The right combination of impeccable practice with genuinely open and non-judgemental teaching...Teachers offer different but complementary and consistent perspectives and will really work with you to help you find your way into the practices regardless of your limitations - and they do this by attention to detail rather than by 'dumbing down' the practice - you are led into precision gently and progressively over time and teachers keep a good sense of an individual student's strengths and limitations. The rooms are attractive and welcoming. The studio attracts a wide range of different types of people and different workshops, classes and visiting instructors throughout the year offer variety as well. Good range of class times for busy people, easy parking nearby. In short - highly recommended!
